CANCELLATION POLICY

(These are not punishments. By respecting and adhering to our policies you help us protect our business and provide the best service possible to our clients.)

  • Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to their appointment. Failure to do so results in a 50% charge of the fee payable before any additional appointments can be made.

  • Missed appointments are charged at 100%. If the fee remains unpaid future bookings will be refused. Deposits are taken upfront for future bookings.

  • Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment and take a seat in the entrance area. If you are late we may be unable to carry out a full service, or may need to reschedule to another date. Clients will be charged for any wasted appointments.

All new clients require a skin test at least 48hours prior to any colour service. (This also applies to clients who have not visited us in over 6 months).
