Booking and cancellation policy
By respecting and adhering to our policy you help us protect our business and allow us to provide the best service to you.
New clients must pay a deposit to secure their booking. A consultation/skin test must be attended prior to colour work.
Please arrive on time for your appointment making use of our seating area in our entrance. We may be unable to carry the full service, or may need to reschedule to another date. Clients will be charged for any wasted appointments.
Unless you require assistance please attend your appointment alone please attend your appointment alone. We try to keep our cosy space peaceful for our guests.
Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or amendments to the appointment. This includes changes to the service you are booked in for. Failure to do so will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment payable before any additional appointments can be made.
Missed appointments are charged at 100%. If the fee remains unpaid future bookings may be refused and deposits will be taken for any future bookings.
